The staff at this hotel are absolutely jaw-dropping! From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with open arms and couldn't have been more helpful. They even let us check in early so we could freshen up after a long journey. The room was super clean and comfy, and the location was so convenient. We didn't hear a peep from the busy pub downstairs and had a GREAT night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond, lending us a hairdryer and ironing board, and they were just so kind and accommodating. Our anxiety melted away thanks to their exceptional care. We had such a fantastic stay and can't thank the staff enough for their outstanding service.

All in all, it was comfortable base for travelling to Banchory. Location: the hotel was right by public transport, the centre, and Banchory. Also, I was at a moderate distance from War Memorial.
